Traded in Mills for the CB and now I can't upgrade my CB. I didn't power down Mills before I swapped. Am I screwed or is there a way to get the new guy to 88?

You mean Sam Adams? Sam Mills is part of the All-Madden promo.
Either way, if you didn't downgrade to at least 86, then you're screwed.

Sorry I am tired lol yes Adams not Mills. I usually stick with the team captain I pick so I had no idea about powering them down beforehand.
