anyone know when we're gonna get another upgrade slot for the team captains. haven't gotten one since january

Hard to say at this point. They've been pretty consistent about updating them this year to be 1 ovr below whatever the highest set cards are. But we're overdue for an upgrade to 95.

Maybe Thursday when set cards will go up to 97 ovr?
