I really want a 99 OVR Rhamondre Stevenson but that is completely unrealistic

A case can be made for Hunter Henry, Damien Harris, Devin McCourty, Christian Barmore
If JCJackson hadn't moved on in free agency he would be a lock but if I were EA I wouldn't choose a player who is no longer on the team.
