I know it's just pure greed from them to keep people buying cards this late but whatever...I still enjoy it.
Non xfactor reinforcement, discounted out my way, other good stuff against the run released in this division dynasty promo.
They should have released these cards along with the vanguard discounts, but they did this strategically for max profit I guess.

I’m pretty sure only Jason Kelce and Trent Williams get Vanguard as a passive ability as of now. (Maybe we get a UL with it soon?)
To me the best way to combat the vanguard toters is by using Momentum Shift. If you have an extra 700k-800k you can now have momentum shift on practically all game. Rendering all offensive active x-factors useless.
Just get Aidan Hutchinson's DD card. He has charge up momentum shift which effectively ends all vanguards aside from the Kelce/Williams passives. Most of the gimmicky vanguard schemes require Vanguard on a TE that can be subbed in at WR. There are no TEs with a passive Vanguard at the moment.
Either way, with Hutch and those guys included, it's made it way easier to stop.
Plus I plat squads mostly and the risk of having even one or two plays with their ability to pancake even one or two of my defenders could easily result in a TD with how glitchy that mode is.
