If I used my tokens to complete the bnd set for him will it come with his 93 overall? I'm sure this has been asked already and that he probably doesn't which is why his price is so high. Thanks in advance.

Check prices and see if/when it's possible to do the ware set and sell the 95 for close to break even.  You'll get to keep the 93 BND.
