The new AKA Kearse has two "discounted" abilities, which are not actually discounted..
Closer and Persistent... They are full price, and these abilities help you enter into and maintain the zone...
Is there any effect to this card if you use the Fearmonger The Freak X Factor?
None of the abilities on either player from this release are worth spending AP on imo....
