Blaming the dev team is the wrong move.
The issues that you see from Madden with the degree of bugs and more importantly, how long it takes to fix them is a very clear indicator that the devs don't really run the show.
EA is a large corporate entity that is heavily weighted towards marketing/business. This means the people who have more control are fixated on metrics that make them look good to their higher ups.
Developers tend to be much more fixated on fixing bugs and making the code base and features as pristine as possible regardless of the immediate business implications.
As a software dev who has worked in an environment where devs lose their power it's incredibly frustrating.
You basically spend every day working in ways that are totally contrary to all of your instincts and major bugs go unaddressed because they are not an immediate business concern.

Right now there could be a thousand glitches. I don’t care. People lost their homes and love ones. You worried about things not working in Madden? we have other things to worry about.

People like you and me who bleed runs EA. Things like this that happen that y have no control over, the last thing I want to be bothered about is someone asking for a glitch to be patched.
What they really need to do is just knock the big mut promos out of the park… for example christmas in madden sucked because they ruined the present experience last year.

bro these problems have existed since the game dropped, multiple post have been made, just because homie decided to just say his opinion during the time of a hurricane doesnt negate them, yeah hurricanes are bad, i live through them almost every year, but its not as big of a deal as you think, yeah people die and thats sad and tragic, but people did every day. chill with the whole hurricane narrative, these have been issues since launch
They're going to run the mode into the ground and then create another mode to replace it and do the same thing with that one.

BRO WHAT? CUT is so neglected they literally have had 3 promos all year vs Maddens and its not even close. The difference in content is massive. CUT cant even get alternate unis or packs that give anything over BND. if you think more effort has been poured into CUT than Mut there is no chance you've played CUT. That is absolutely an absurd thing to say

I totally agree with what you’re saying, they are advertising a product and people are purchasing it , simple as that but unfortunately they’re not delivering on their promises and yet again have put out a product that is plagued with issues
At this moment, for example, say if you’re not interested in partaking in playing online with all the mid blitz nonsense going on and you just feel like playing solo battles you can’t even do that , there’s also some kind of bug going on in the mystery packs where the packs are not showing up and if you do open them up and you quick sell them and it’s a replica of a card you have on your team you’ve quick sold that card on your team. Now that’s just two of the many current issues.
I get it there has been a terrible weather event that has taken place so we’ll just have to wait but that’s not the point , the point is what about the issues before the hurricane and maybe after they fix this they’ll be something else and that’s the problem with this development team , that there’s always something. It’s a very sloppy and unprofessional team, especially considering that they are representing the NFL
MUT has been destroyed by greed. People don't have to spend money on packs but they do and then want to talk down to people who don't. It's a sick game EA has developed. People buy packs thinking they are superior while EA is laughing their asses off to the bank.
MUT has been a disaster for years now. I feel sorry for the people who just started playing MUT 3-4 years ago. They missed out on the golden days of MUT. 17, 18, 19, maybe even 20 even though 20 is a blur. content all over the place and grinding was worth it. Rerolls were fun and profitable and abilities didn't rule the game. Better MCS crew too, the one they have now is toxic and arrogant for no reason at all.
The entire game from head to toe is watered down garbage and it's not to be taken seriously. That's why i don't get how people can fight and argue about this game. It's a disaster, why spend the energy?

It’s a video game. you do know you have the power to stop playing or not buy the video game. If something is broken why do you keep buying it and playing it?
