The importance of pbp/pbf and rbp/rbf?

Just how important are these stats? I'm looking to strategically downgrade my oline and the center I'm looking at has -5 rbp and +7 rbf. I'm trying to figure out if it'd be a decent downgrade and I just pocket the other 50k
