The real problem with AKA backs is not the gameplay. It’s the player selection. Jerome bettis, Eric Dickerson, Walter Payton and emmit smith among others all deserve to be the best backs in the game. But instead it’s 4 guys who (other than Derrick Henry) have never been amazing at their positions. I don’t mind the X factors but I wish they made the GOATs the best players in MUT more often. what do you guys think?

I don't think it would change my opinion of aka backs being a bit too good. But I agree with your point. Sorry Ravens fans gus doesn't deserve to be one of the best backs in the game

As much as I love Flash at HB (for more reasons than his X-Factor) I think you're right. I wish they had included some Legends players into the recent AKA releases so you could have iconic deserving players rather than players who don't even start.

It was a fun program, but I do agree that it’s sad when we have Emmitt, Walter Payton, Barry Sanders, etc and everyone I play H2H is using Gus/Flash. I too made the switch when Gus dropped because of how OP he is. If you already know how to run the ball, it’s just extra juice. I won 5 straight champs games the other night and I think I might have thrown 6 passes in those 5 games - running the ball is very OP right now. Next year I hope it’s more balanced so people can use other cards they want while also keeping their competitive advantage.

This is my only problem. Some players deserve to be dominant. One of those players is not Gus or Patterson. Why wouldn’t they give such overpowered features to players that have or will have gold jackets.

100 percent agree. Every time I went against Payton yesterda I won. He gained less than 10 yards per game.
the new shiny 99 UL backs should not be worse than aka cards released in February.
