😂😂 d line shift then slant. press. then set a spy and spread LBs maybe have someone drop into a vert hook
FirefighterBuell said:I love the addition to it but when you’re doing your pre snap adjustments there should be at least a second delay before it allows you to switch because way too often I get switched to a corner and randomly pull one of my coverage guys out of position. Definitely frustrating!!
Ditto my friend!! This exact same thing happens to me often
i hate that but when i insta switch and lurk a flat or rpo its the best feeling ever.

You can do all that with the arrows and stay on 1 player
SosaChamberlain said:i actually kinda like it. it makes quick adjustments a skill
I would agree with you, if it werent for the Input delays made by the EA Servers, If I have to do the same adjustment 3 times just because the Game didnt register it, then its no longer a skill issue

i know. that’s why i’m saying if you get caught off player, it might be the user being ass instead of the feature
by now you have a sense of timing of when the ball can be snapped so anything after that lil break window i feel you should get penalized for over adjusting. also you have to learn to react and recover when getting caught on a diff user. ppl got caught on their d line all the time, they just mad their slow adjustment is messing up their double a gap blitz’s cheese

Also, is it a play art glitch? Or last play gltich? But half the time i switch to c2 or c4, in postplay last play it says some random man c1 play.
Happens to me all the time!!!! Really hope they patch that soon
they need to make it so you can turn it on or off. I hate it
SosaChamberlain said:it’s not football it’s a video game, so the user with the faster input time having a slight advantage seems fair to me
But it's not who's faster it's who's on offense because offense always gets the easier adjustments u literally can't adjust a man setup if they flip sides is his point so man is basically unusable.
I’m really struggling with it also. Especially at first, with the accidental switch to a CB or S.
But I do see guys who use it well and snatch picks off me It’s deadly. I see it when I run a streak/corner combination and they switch to the CB and pick me off. One day I’ll get there hopefully
phatalerror said:The skill of pre-snap adjustments should be in recognizing the offensive scheme’s leverage and adapting to it with the right line and coverage calls. Having a convoluted sequence of inputs completed within five seconds is a real challenge, but this isn’t Simon. It’s football.
Also, when offensive users frequently flip plays or audible to another formation while you’re in man, it doesn’t help that the only reliable option to avoid coverage breakdowns is to reset your play or audible, and now you’ve lost about 1.5 seconds of your tiny window to align and assign personnel.
Pre-play audibles and assignments are not, and never should be, a “stick skill”.
The issue is though in zone, sometimes the ai will absolutely go braindead and just stare at the man they should be covering. Switch stick is a fantastic way of fixing that issue.
Ray24Cycllle said:I believe that option is coming in the next patch
Do you know what the eta on the next patch is, or was it implemented this morning with during the server shutdown?
SquishySoldier21 said:The switch stick was such a useless addition. The ONLY way it would be useful is if you could start as a pass rusher and then "switch" to coverage and they intentionally made it so you CANT.
It also seems the regular method of switching is worse. It NEVER gives you the right guy in position.
The regular method is completely broken when starting a play as d'line and trying to switch to another d'line player after the snap . it always switches me to a db so I can't sack the QB instead I pull my DB completely out of the play accidentally, hence giving up a huge pass usually a TD ..
I turned off the switch stick found it more frustrating then useful. Wish they would fix the old way so the games actually playable.
