THEME TEAM ALL STAR COINS

hey guys, so I currently have over 5000 theme team coins and have no use for them. Do you recommend upgrading a player to 99 overall but it won’t be a huge upgrade since my team is already very good or should I just wait it out to see what conversion they get when the promo is over?

If you really don’t need upgrades for your team then you’re most likely better off just waiting. However, if it was me I would consider using them to upgrade cards for back ups that will be on the field depending on the formation you run in defence. Maybe consider a corner, safety or even a running back that offers something a bit different to what you currently have 🙂

Historically, the conversion rates on these alternate currencies are usually disappointing. So I'm voting for upgrade a player. Perhaps just upgrade a player you like. Depending on who you have on your squad, some of the defensive players are good situational backups. For example, some of the DBs could be subbed in for plays where you want to run man coverage. You could do a similar thing with dline players and have run defending or pass rush specialists.

I believe there's also a reroll you could do if you want to spend them but not upgrade

Actually i invested  into 50k ttas currency hoping it converts to coins at a better rate than i purchased.(every other promo this year had currency that converted to coins at a better rate than purchased)

Easter currency converted at a rate to coins almost double the amount of the original price of the qs'd card. It was kinda crazy.

Yeah, I was thinking of adding some depth to my corners or my receivers

Depends completely on if an upgraded player helps you with boosts.  LIke I just did it to boost Trent Williams to 99
