Theme teams/team chems useless now?

I just want to make sure I have this right. Its been many years since Ive noticed any significant bumps from team chem so I mostly disregard them other than say for a tiebreaker on which player to get when deciding between two similar players. 

Correct me if im wrong but do you basically need most or all of your entire lineup to be the same team for any real noticeable chem bumps? I know back in the day a handful would give you a little something something at least. Now you need five for what, a puny meaningless plus 1 to strength, the next level is add ANOTHER 5 same team for another mostly meaningless plus 1 to another non priority attribute etc Do you need your whole team to have the same chem or basically dont even bother now? Lol

to get up to +1 SPD, you need 25 of same team which is when it starts being worth it IMO, I usually run 25 Rams, 25 Ravens which means they all have +1 ACC, AGI, STR, SPD, JMP

You either don't run a TT, run a 25/25 TT, or run anything between 30/50 and 50/50 TT. Anything lower than 25/25 isn't worth it imo.
