I did all my UL solos and counted the stars and there's seven or so left. so unless theme team all stars fills in the gap for these long list of legends (which they done before.) it doesn't make sense why they keep adding new legends this late in the season.

but cant they add more? it seems kinda weird that theyd stop ULs two weeks into the final season

I don't think it's out of pocket for them to do that, EA has left a lot of legends in the dust before hand (i.e guys like shipley,buccanhon, Rolle, reggie nelson back in 22'.) but end up making up for it by giving them a upgradable 92 to make them 99  in theme team remix last year so will see.
