It's pretty obvious they stopped giving a shit long ago. They've done everything but come out & told us all to fuck off.  It's one thing when you have bugs or issues and acknowledge them and try to make things right. It's another to have bugs and issues and you do nothing to remedy the problem other than come out with more cash grab promo's and broken shit on top of the old broken shit you never resolved. They've completely shifted to a full on pay to win formula where they put forth the least amount of effort they have to to make money and all but run the Solo players off.

Yeah people with similar names sometimes have the wrong card art thrown at them because they probably just search a database by name and pick the first one that pops up or something. Not like the unpaid interns/gerbils know.
