My season pass and most feared worked this weekend and even cp and now nothing works after last update
Mine still isn't working. I started a case with EA and got this hysterical reply:
"I reviewed your previous case and understand your concern that Field Pass Error in Madden NFL 23.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused. We are writing to inform you that this is a known issue that is currently unresolved.
Many gamers have reported the same situation where they are facing the same issue as they also have Field Pass Error issues.
You'll be happy to know that we've reported this issue to our gaming team and are investigating the root cause of the issue and working to find a solution.
Therefore, I implore you to have some patience and wait for the investigation to complete. Once our team resolves this issue, you will be able to see everything in the game. Thank you for your patience as we investigate this issue.

However, they suggest you bought the Rushing/Receiving upgrade pack from the MUT Store? If not, please do so. Did you set up and played Avatar Mode? This would be The Yard or Face of the Franchise. If not, please do so. Let us know if the error and issue persist after trying the above steps."
That's right. EA doesn't know what's wrong but thinks that my buying a pack might fix it.
Today was the worst day for me… things would track mostly for me as of sat but today nothing tracked no CP battles won, no CP stats and no Dailies

I don't think it is the update. I am in Europe and updated the game last night (roughly 1pm EST). I could play and everything tracked. I shut it down at roughly 4pm EST and still did not have any issues. Then I wanted to play a little this morning after seeing these threads go ballistic and yep, no tracking of the stats. So it must have been something on their end (in the servers).

This is insane. I am a NMS player and intend to stay so. But I am so fed up with all of the stuff not working that I am willing to spend a few dollars to get the game to work, and apparently EA knows that. Did anybody even try buying the upgrade pack?
