The Player: Ultimate Legend RT 95 Mel Blount

The card not only has good blocking stats (95 Run Block, 95 Pass Block), he also gets good receiving stats (91 srr, 87 catching, 91 cit). He also has 95 speed, 93 accel, 93 agility, and 93 cod.

The method: Pick him up on the auction house for about 350K, then insert him into your lineup at TE and he will be a gold 99 overall.
