This needs to stop. EA Should be held to a higher standard

Good day, everyone  

I hope people are starting to receive some of the rewards they were promised, but unfortunately, a lot of people have been playing the game a lot and some of the stuff is not needed such as the tokens for the XP boost that was supposed to get you to level 10, but I feel that this has been an ongoing issue and this is a multi billion dollar company  and there should be no reason whatsoever for  these things to occur regularly and they should be held to a higher standard than what they continue to do and I think people should let their voices be heard and the only way to do that is just not to buy any bundles then they Will have some kind of meeting and discuss how they have to do better and it only begins when the community comes together 

we have  been seeing the only way to move, the needle is to not spend money in MUT  and just get a group and a movement together. This really has to stop. The false advertisement , the lack of , cards not being in the bundles as advertised , the glitches in the game , the list goes on and on 

This company has to be held accountable at some point. At what point does a multi billion dollar company just have a smooth process of releases for a couple of weeks or months or even a year? Why is it always like this?

You have every right to be well beyond annoyed.  In fact, i take serious issue when anyone that has played Madden (especially MUT) for more than a ~100 hours and does not have a huge laundry list of gripes with the game.

Sure, maybe this is fun for small children or casuals who just want to dip in and out of a regs game here or there, but this is WAY past the point of even simple incompetence.  EA knows exactly what they are doing and they simply do not care.  Their whole "make or break year" during M24 demonstrated that nothing else matters beyond pack sales and overall engagement time.

By forcing us to all log in each and every single day during July and August to continue trying to earn these Rookie Premiers, they're basically farming us for engagement.  Then they turn and use these numbers to show to their investors and potential advertisers (and the NFL) and say, SEE LOOK, if people really hated the game this much, they would have quit by July.

They understand exactly how this monopoly works and have been collecting data on how to manipulate us end-users / gamers for decades.  Nothing can or will change unless/until EA loses the exclusive licensing rights with the league.  Word on the street is that Take-Two Interactive (2K Games) is interested in a football title, but only if the license becomes more open.  Sadly, the NFL wanted to punish 2K for reducing the price of their ~2005 era NFL game to $19.99, this was the punishment.  Twenty years later, you and i are still suffering the consequences and lack of consumer choice.

EDIT:  thank you for taking the time to hammer out a well-written post.  You even used capitalization and punctuation.  I fully understand that most kids lack ~thirty seconds of attention span to read through your post, but i very much appreciate it.

EA could fix most of these problems, but that's require hiring staff with technical skills and abilities and paying QA testers to work on this prior to release.  They quite frankly cannot be bothered, they know we're all still going to pony up the $100 annually.  Now more liek $150 as they figured out a way to sell us the same game twice in a single calendar year, while not hiring any additional developers, let alone testers.  Bleh.

I blame the coin sellers.

I heard to to avoid the coin pirates, EA has to use several Armored Trucks taking alternative routes transporting the new cards (items). They often change their delivery dates to further confuse these menace.

yes I agree in fact, I refuse to buy anything at this point. Why would anybody want to invest in this game knowing you’re going to get cheated and because of this stem glitch it has made other players get rewards through cheating that others played and paid for honestly also the the ranking system is totally messed up and it’s inaccurate due to all the cheating.

I completely agree, but all I can say is good luck with that. Unfortunately, younger generations have been conditioned to accept mediocrity. I'm in my 40s and I'm baffled over how terrible this launch has been. This is the first time I've preordered Madden in a decade, and the number of bugs/glitches, missed release times, broken promises, and just bad decisions in general are getting more ridiculous by the day. I expect to be able to buy the game and then compete with a NMS squad. I guess too many people were able to enjoy the game and get by just fine without spending additional money so they had to crack down on that. 

This will be the last time I purchase this game. I'll just go back to waiting until it goes free on Game Pass for the years I feel like checking it out. And I definitely won't be buying any Madden Points or spending any money on MUT. Not that I really ever did in the past. The problem is, for every person like us who stops giving EA money, many more start playing the game for the first time and open their wallets because they believe paying to keep up is just how it goes in game modes like MUT.
