So I'm a huge Gators/Tebow fan and really want to get the LTD Tebow qne since I can't pull him I might buy him. However, before I do that I'd have to sell my LTD Spain and something else. Is it worth it? I mean obviously I can't afford his powerup either but if anybody has used Tim Tebow, is his card that spectacular? With or without powerup as well.

I feel like Tebow needs to be powered up to match his current value. When he's fully powered up, he can equip Escape Artist and Gunslinger at the same time. Without his PU to get him to 97 OVR, he can't equip Gunslinger. If you are ok with Escape Artist and Pass Lead Elite, then his 96 is probably fine.
This is coming from someone who hasn't played with Tebow yet though, just FYI.

Yeah I bought him yesterday and just sold him today and got Boomer. he is a hit or misss tbh
maybe its the 97 speed on my theme team... but this card is CRACKED
also, his powerup is trending down in a major way.
