Maybe because no one is blitzing?

its not a hard ability to counter. The 3 to 4 d-lineman who are pass rushing dont count as blitz indicators. Your opponent might be usering someone in zone coverage, but will blitz manually without audibling to blitz just to prevent you from knowing. 

It’s a waste of an ability, especially if your opponent is competent.
