Threshold for TUP (Throw Under Pressure)

I was wondering if anyone knew the threshold for this attribute? In terms of "UNDER PRESSURE INNACURATE" throws?

I was using Namath stock (95 TUP) no abilities to affect it. - Maybe noticed it 1-2 times out of 100 hours of game play. 

Then I started using Burrow stock (93 TUP) also no abilities to affect it. Noticed 1-2 a game at least in just a couple games. 

Is there a point value where you are less likely to throw "UNDER PRESSURE INNACURATE"?

p.s. I know that some abilities on the defense can trigger this, but in the games I noticed, no X factors on and the player coming at my had like speedster and reach for it.
