Throw Power Threshold?

Currently have Lamar with LIR and 99 throw power but I want to try the Sprinter strat card which will put him down to 97 throw power. Dumb question but is there really any difference between 97 and 99 throw power?

So im running the same thing and I have taken the LIR Strat card off and I could notice a difference but then again a big portion of my offense is deep balls so I like having the throw power and extra PBP. Really depends on your scheme and play style.

So correct me if i´m wrong - but it´s possible to keep his 99 THP with other Items...

You only need 2 Legendary Strat Items (which one doesn´t matter) with this additional Bonus Attributes: 

Fake - Boosts all QB (+1 THP)

Strong Arm - Boosts all QB (+1 THP)

And the Legendary Team Affinity Item for the Ravens...

But i´m not sure if the description for FAKE ist correct here... But worth a try

I appreciate this! But Lamar only has 96 stock TP. I should have clarified - I’m using Sprinter with Strong Arm which gives him +1 TP at 97. I might just get the Ravens Leg strat and boost it up to 98 and just roll that way because Sprinter has been so nice lately lol

There is a difference. THP is one of the attributes that counts as a physical stat and therefore does not operate by thresholds.

Just a little. Enough to want 99 throw power over 98, but both are decently competitive. The main thing is throw velocity abilities like SFL and PLE

Yup, definitely have SFL on Lamar. Hopefully that helps negate any noticeable difference with the -1  decrease in TP

SFL/PLE should make it better for you. There definitely is a difference as you increase THP, but most of the time you won't notice a difference when it's only +/- 1 THP.
