time to dismantle the MF theme team?

with the looks of a harvest theme team, may be time to get rid of the MF players i was running.

I’m convinced this was EA’s grand plan for the year. De-emphasize traditional theme teams in favor of wildly expensive and short-lived promo teams. Keeps everyone spending max $,

Anyone else notice that Madden is our first multi-chem player since the captains and we still don‘t have 2x chem players?

/sigh -- sadly, you are almost certainly on point here.  I will continue to hold out hope until i see what the Division Dynasty stuff offers, but at this point i'm becoming willfully ignorant / delusional to think otherwise.  I had hoped with the way theme teams were (slightly) revamped towards the end of `23 cycle, that we'd have a renewed emphasis on actual, legitimate theme teams.

Of course it's yet another low-effort cash grab, keeping all the whales spending.  This game is not designed for the 90%+ of us, it will continue to cater to the big spenders.  Such is life.

IMO Theme teams make little sense in Ultimate Team. I can understand having older legends playing with current players, but if you want a theme team, just play Regs.

Still has some life left IMO. Some good players with great boosts.

I honestly never really liked the MF theme team, most of the top cards were a little shaky.

You could use it til Xmas.  You can't convince me that someone who's winning now with the MF TT is going to start losing games because a few new players came out.

you’re not wrong but I’m gonna want new players. gonna be hard to keep 25 MF players in there
