Idk about top 3 but Jaylen Watson is absolutely insane for me with Acrobat, Pick Artist, and Deep Route KO for 2 AP.  He's got 15 INTs, 2 INT touchdowns including a 97 yard return, 4 sacks, 1 safety, and 40 total tackles in H2H alone.

IMO

PS2 (PA, 2 routes 2 AP total), Elam (Acro, PA, IS 3AP total), and Tillman (Crusher, PA, 1 route 2 AP)

Runner up for less abilities 
Sauce - Acro/AP 1 AP
Watson- 1 Route, AP, Acro 2 AP
