What's up everyone! I'm trying to get some recommendations on good CBs to pick up. I tend to run Nickel and Dollar, mostly man. I have Cromartie, Calvin, Night Train and Deion in that order. Darrelle Revis is one of the guys I'm thinking of picking up.
Champ Bailey is pretty good and his price should drop today
Just get any corner over 6 ft with 96 speed and make sure their man and zone are high and your good there’s like 10 of them

What he said. Champ Bailey is one of the best corners in the game
Also, try to do the Comp Pass and get that free 96 Nahshon Wright. I don’t have him yet but he is 6’4 with 1ap Acrobat
im using the 4, all have played great.
CB1 Cromartie
CB2 Sherman
CB3 C Woodson
CB4 Calvin
Cro is still solid. I would look at Champ, he has been lights out for me in a mixed man/zone scheme. Revis is another good one but I would see where prices settle on these LTDs today. Bradberry might be a nice rental if he gets that low. I also like the Chiefs CB Watson, good height and good speed. You might be able to snipe some 94s today with rerolls. Last but not least, grind that CP for the free CB. His speed and height are really good, you just need to boost his man some. but speed and height and press can make up for low man. Ill be upgrading today for sure, Carmichael and Calvin at CB2 and Cb3 are still good but they are starting to get a little slow now we are getting 97 speed WR.
Champ Bailey continues to play great for me. Another vote for him.
If you run man and can afford Revis, that's probably your guy. His abilities cater to man cvg. Another one is Mike Haynes. He's been dominant for me. Champ is in the slot for me. And actually, Carmichael is a great Man CB as well
Champ, porter, NTL are my 3 and have played lights out Commanders theme team

Tracy Porter looks pretty awesome but I'll definitely keep an eye out on those SB releases today. I was gonna go Champ but I wasn't sure how well he played. I wanted McAlister but that price is too high.

I wanted Haynes when he came out but he was going for a mill. Relevance is what worried me about Haynes but if he's still playing solid I'll have to check him out again. Revis is definitely the guy I want and I'm hearing Porter is a solid guy but PUP is what's gonna cost me.
Jaylen Watson is an animal

Relevance? he's a 96 OVR with 99 man and 99 zone with the slot specialist strat card, 96 speed, 87 hit power for a CB, 99 jumping, 96+ press.....he gets inside shade and pick artist for 2 AP . He is probably a top 3 man corner in all of Madden, especially if you run Legends chem.
My defense, if I switched a few positions around, would be 98 OVR and Haynes is my CB1. He's still relevant.
Porter isn't as good as Haynes. He's 3" shorter and his man cvg abilities are far worse. I had Porter and dumped him

The problem with Watson is "Plays ball in air-BALANCED". That trait is not good for CBs if you want them to jump routes for picks, even with coaching adjustments set to "play ball". Watson actually has horrible traits. Nice man coverage abilities, but inside and outside shade are better.
I run 3 CBs 99% of the time. For me, I'm using:
CB1: Champ Bailey
CB2: LTD James Bradberry
CB3/Slot: Night Train Lane
Night Train will be replaced by the Comp pass CB once I get him, but I'm happy with how all of them play. Bradyberry and Champ are absolute ballhawks on the outside and Night Train, despite being an old card, is so good in the slot due to his tackling ability and he seems to jump routes a lot better than some of the higher end cards I've used there.
