I run some two TE sets. I have Gronk, Andrew’s, and Waller. Who do I drop to make room for Kupp and still keep my 50/50 which would need the 3rd TE spot.

Andrews and Waller in my opinion. If you need run blocking, Andrews has you covered. Both Andrews and Waller are significantly faster than Gronk while being similarly sized.
