Usually those come in NFL Honors, which is separate

This. 

Normally, from years past, all the set cards are 96s and the LTD is a 97, but they may make the LTD 96 as well since I imagine we still have a few weeks before they make the jump to 97 overalls (I assume Ultimate Legends will be the first 97s).
