TOTY Fantasy Pack Choice

I’m trying to decide on a  BND TOTY player, and I feel like it would be best to take a player who I will never need to replace.

So I was wondering if anyone knows which of the TOTY players gets boosted to 99 OVR with just the Gronk Motivator boosts? Specifically looking at the lineman, but any other players would be helpful info too.

I have Micah Parsons, Sauce Gardner and Ja'Maar Chase and all are boosted 99s. However I also have the super bowl ring with Gronk so that could affect it too.

I took the risk and picked Quentin Nelson, he gets to a 99 with just Gronk Motivator boosts

In the same dilemma currently deciding between Tucker, Crosby, James or Johnson
