blckovr said:You seem to not understand absolutely anything about DDA, EA and legal matters.
I will summarize it for you :
1. EA owns a patent for DDA, that they spent time and money on
2. EA is NOT obliged to tell you anything about technologies they use in their games since we don't have ANY legal video game regulations
3. The lawsuit that you are talking about was not about DDA , it was about pay to win mechanics in terms of getting cards from packs and it wasn't dropped, plaintiffs got paid off to piss off
4. They use false advertising every single year without suffering any type of consequences (read point nr. 2)
5. They are a lazy company that releases the same game every single year so it's pretty obvious that if they developed a new technology, it's being used
6. There is PLENTY of evidence confirming DDA's existence gathered throughout last decade, including certain professional players saying it is in the game (from all of the EA online games)
There is probably couple other points that I could have used but you get the point. It's incredibly ignorant of you to avoid critical and logical thinking, believing everything that this toxic corporation is saying, without actually checking the facts.
I would suggest to use your brain sometimes, because you truly look like a bot right now, considering the fact that there is at least a bunch of the EXACT SAME posts from different accounts every single day. (literally using the same manner of writing and using the exact same arguments and phrases)
I presented you with the facts. You are choosing to ignore them. EA explicitly denies DDA was ever in the game and will never be. Currently posted on their website.
If you believe this so hard go get that EZ lawsuit money bro. They are dangling it right there for you.
Until then I'll wait for the evidence it is in fact in the game, because as yet all I've seen is a document showing EA has a patent for it. As if that's proof it's in the game, the only thing that's proof of is that they've looked into the idea and come up with a framework for it. Not that they have implemented in the game, and in fact, they explicitly say they haven't. So again, if you want to go ahead and sue them since you're so adamant it is in the game and there's proof (somewhere? I guess?) then go get that EZ money.
But sure, I'm the ignorant one because I'm ignoring "PLENTY" of proof that everyone has conveniently failed to produce.
