Trade block.

Does anyone know when the trade block will be back? I have a friend who was gonna give me players but now I can't. Thoughts?

Your post, you said you had a friend that was going to give you players. That's the reason the trade block is down though, and likely won't come back at all this year. EA doesn't want friends to give each other stuff because then there's no reason to buy packs.

I hate EA

It won't be back this year, it's not worth it with May a few days away. 

The resources that it would take to fix the issue are probably better spent elsewhere. 

The entire system needs to change for the reason you listed in the opening post. That shouldn't be happening but how do you stop that but allow others? 

It's best to just remove trading completely.

They'd have to have some type of threshold requirement to try to keep it. 

Like plus or minus 1 overall either way. To be able to offer on a 95 card, you need to offer at least a 94 and up to a 96. Something like that. But even then, as long as LTD's have high quicksell values, you'd still be able to abuse it.

There is absolutely no reason to have a trade block. Get rid of the trade block and take away the 10% auction fee. Problem solved.

Taking away the fee will make things much worse. Imagine how the cards will be for ppl trying to flip 500 coins
