So I messed up I guess because I didn’t realize that it doesn’t let you transfer old gen content to new gen and I have like 2mil already and all my challenges done… Do you think we will be able to swap over this year or am I screwed? I really dont want to start fresh again.

EA has said teams won't transfer between old gen and current gen in 24. You're probably out of luck. Based on recent tweets, it sounds like EA is starting to roll out pre order content to both gens if you got the deluxe version so you'll still get 4600 points and the pre order players. Afraid you have to redo everything else though.
