Trouble with throwing crossing routes?

I always have problems with these. They often don’t get open until the Final Cut outside the numbers, which is fine, but it seems like the ball ALWAYS gets overthrown, and the receiver doesn’t even go for the catch.

I’ve tried every ability you could use, 6’8 receiver, every “perfect accuracy“ throw you could get, leading pass every direction, not leading pass, and it’s consistently overthrown every time, or when I manually adjust the receiver upfield to catch it the safety crashes down almost immediately.

is this just a skill issue or a common thing? Any help would be appreciated

The overthrows are likely due to free-form not working and the receiver getting bumped just screws the throw up completely.

That’s the thing, I have tried with and without Freeform, leading, deadeyes, all of it, and I’ve run Them both with and without the receiver getting bumped, always an overthrow

I’ve found the PLE or SFL abilities to be the main overthrow culprits. Try your QB without those, it works just fine for me. You may save some AP and get rid of an issue.
