TT balancing ? Lol

Why are theme team balancing a concept that eludes EA and perplexes them greatly, they think dropping all team Chem players is gonna fix that. Some ppl like myself, don’t want to run a ” chem team” we run a “theme team” theme being  players who actually played on that team. This is coming from a Steelers tt/fan 🥲, my team suck do better .

Was just thinking earlier, I wish they would just get rid of the all chem players. Like division chems, conference chems, all chem's, etc...  I get it, makes it easier to get the chems, makes certain players valuable just because they get all the chems, and so on.. But at the same time it completely takes away from the joy of running a theme team.
