i have two turkey legs from turducken mystery part 1 but no duck wings. do I have to complete part 2 to get it?

I don’t know if there’s a way to complete the Turds anymore since that was from November. I know some of the parts came from House Rules events and from the Harvest Pass. If I remember right maybe you can build one from challenges but that’s probably it.
