For some reason today I watched GMM and it said I earned a drop but I couldn’t claim it
anyone know how to solve this?

It was probably the Madden Mobile stream
there wasn't a GMM this morning , it's at 7pm

There was a GMM stream today at 10:30, and it did give out a drop. Mine showed up fine. If you were in game when it dropped, then it can sometimes be delayed.

Nope just didn’t work for me
it said I watched enough time and when I went to claim didn’t have the option to claim

The schedule only showed the 7pm stream

You didn’t claim it in time. I didn’t look specifically but the morning drops usually expire ~1 PM EST so if you hadn’t claimed by that time, you are unable to.
