There are some videos on youtube that can walk you through the process. It is a bit overwhelming at first but it is worth doing.

LOL. I understand completely. Can't disagree with you either.
But if you can figure it out and do it you get packs Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday if you can watch for 15 minutes those days at 10:30 EST and tonight you get two tokens and some packs as well called twitch drops. If you save the packs up for a while you can make some good coins and even get some good players for free.
I pulled Aaron Donald from one of the packs early this year and sold it for a little over 300k not saying you will pull him or anything great but extra packs help me out a lot for my NMS team.
