It doesn't ever happen where a guy that has never been in a previous UT isn't in it, closest thing is when they haven't been in for 2-3 years. It does happen that guys who haven't been in already this year are in, like the 1970s or before guys that only get UL's or Legends

I don’t know if they still have the rights to him or not but Jim Brown needs to make a return.
