UL O-Line Boost

Do you just need the 4 offensive lineman with the UL o-line strategy to get the +8 speed boost?

You need 8 UL o-line chems. So if you get 4 UL o-linemen that get X2 UL Chem then yes you would only need 4.

So i would have a starting 4 OL that have the chem, but if i needed 4 more where would i put them if im also running red tornado and the terror? im guessing i would have take them out?  Or is there a UL O-Line Strat Card i could use?

You'd need 4 LTDs.  There's no strat card.

Yeah, you'll need 4 LTDs but you can use Redux Russ Grimm and he's about 320Kish last time I checked.  He has x2 UL OL chem.

Yes, they do.  The set cards just have x1 as far as I know.
