For Ultimate Legends, do we need power ups or are they ready to rock right out the box?

It appears there will be no power ups but you have to add a token that’s earned from challenges to unlock the last discounted ability bucket.

I am a much bigger fan of this than the power up requirement.  The cost was way too high.

Yeah, I wasn't a fan of the power-up system for Legends this year either.
