Does every legend card get an ultimate legend? I was using Okoye in madden 20 and I loved the way a big back plays, but I know he had a UL that year. Do you think he will get one again?

Not necessarily. There’s a good amount that do get both, but there are many that will get a legend cards and not Ultimate Legends.

Also, vice versa is true as well. Sometimes Ultimate Legend cards come out where that person doesn’t have a single card in the game yet or they only had a different promo. Last year Sean Taylor I believe only had a 95 Zero Chill card the. Was followed up by his 99 Ultimate Legend.

If they don’t get a UL card they will most likely get power up boosted when the content runs dry after the draft

He’ll most likely get another, and if not he’ll either get an Easter upgrade, or draft, or a training bypass

Probably first weekend after the super bowl. It's just the legends program format with a new name. They usually stop the LTD release of the normal cards and add in a 3rd player each week as LTD only. At least that's what they did last year.

Ultimate Legends is mostly meant to top off any past players Power Ups remaining without high upgrades. That can be Legends, TOTW Past Heroes, Campus Heroes, Zero Chill Past Heroes, Team Diamonds, Harvest Past Masters, Bo Knows Legends, Ghosts of Madden Past, Ultimate Kickoff Calvin and Sean T, and Most Feared Past Heroes. That should be all the promo players receiving upgrades in ULs, but there are also sometimes new players they haven’t released yet (Rod Woodson, John Elway, Kellen Winslow, etc.) that can get UL cards. ULs will likely come in 3’s, one on defense, one on offense, and an LTD that’s supposed to alternate between defense and offense every other week (sometimes special teams) and will release on Saturdays like Legends
