No. The only way to have enough tokens this week is to have gotten the makeright and the 10 tokens that were supposed to have been earned from solos... some call this a glitch. But most certainly, you had to have received the makeright from doing the solos the one week where they didn't give the reward stated.

The team has identified an issue from 2/24 at 10:00AM ET to 2/26 at 4:45PM ET where players would reach the Ultimate Legends 32 Star Milestone but would not receive the 10x Ultimate Legends Token Pack. This has since been resolved. All players who were affected by this will receive the following: 10x Ultimate Legends Tokens.
So you had to have played in that window and reached the milestone. If so, you would have received 10 extra ul tokens after the makeright rolled out and you played another ul solo.
If you didn't reach the milestone in that window, you didn't get any makeright and just received the standard 10 tokens everyone would normally earn. Hope that helps clear it up.

No, 64 is only possible with the makeright or if you bought packs. 50 something is the max possible if we're only talking about solos

Hrmm, I was inclined to save, as well... for theme teamer, etc. but gosh that Ed Reed would make an insanely good outside corner (or even pure Safety) with that Deep Zone + Mid Zone KO for a mere 1AP. Too bad he's a little slow, hrmm. I'm currently paying 3AP for that stack.
I waited from October til end of regular Legends promo and never got a single card I actually wanted, ultimately burned the sets for Training value or set piece. Uggh.
Not holding my breathe that Sugar Rush will be any good, but UL has mostly been underwhelming. Larry Allen (RG) is elite, the rest kind of meh.

The window had to be big as I didn’t play them until about 5pm that day and ended up getting the make right.

I have also been impacted with this. Just finished all the solos and only have 54 instead of 64.
