At this point they kind of forced themselves to do it and rumor is 5 zero ability can't fit in one bucket.

There are other examples of ultimate Legends with 5...0 AP abilities but only one bucket... I think everybody is jumping the gun thinking that all of these have two buckets

Every 99 OVR UL from last week has 1 bucket with five 0 AP abilities in it. I have no idea why there would be any expectation of two 0 AP buckets, based on last week's release, but then again it is EA, and they cut our AP in half with no warning!!
