EA defines coin distribution as:
• buy Coins
• sell Coins
• use auto-buyers or other unofficial clients
• farm Coins
• make false claims
• use someone else’s account
• use multiple accounts to boost your performance in-game
• use bots in or abuse the Auction House
• cheat in-game
• promote, encourage, or take part in any prohibited activity described in section 6 of our User Agreement.
I can adamantly say I did none of these things, and was still banned for seemingly no reason.
So was everyone else man. No one did anything but rip packs and tvps and make a ton of coins. Tried disputing it and they said I was guilty and they’re keeping it and that’s that. It’s crazy how much they truly don’t care

just appeal it. i got banned for just over a month in february. managed to get it over turned

How do you appeal it?Yesterday i bought three 875k coin packs and put all the players up for 250 coins just to give back to the guys staying on m23 and i just logged in and it says im banned permanently from the ah and took the remainder of my coins and once i finally logged in had the nerve to give me my free 99 GT that i have no use for now.

It's possible you were banned from using online features in 24 and future titles. The only way to know for sure is to read your ban. You may want to contact EA for clarity if you can not find it.
It's seems most people only got banned for 23 though. Again the only way to know is to check your ban email
Mine only said I was banned from the auction house and companion app in 23. But I’m no longer eligible for the MCS or whatever
