Unstoppable Force X-Factor on Interior Defensive Lineman

The ability description for the Unstoppable Force X-Factor says:

"Elite pass rushers are a mix of strength, speed, and tenacity. When they enter the zone, this ability increases their win rate and block shed speed against one-on-one pass blocks." 

Basically, I was thinking of using Maniac (Shaquille Leonard) as an edge rusher, and then either Groot (Greg Rousseau) or Tank (DeMarcus Lawrence) inside as an IDL with the other being on the opposite edge of Maniac. 

Is it worth it to run 3 Unstoppable Force X-Factors ? I would be using 2 off the edge (one on Maniac + one on Groot/Tank) and then one inside on Groot/Tank.

I guess my concern is that if Guards and/or Centers have Post Up equipped, would the IDL with the X-Factor even be able to have the same sort of effect as off the edge?

Obviously IDLs face more double team blocks anyway, and Post Up helps OL out with that. Is it the same sort of effect but at a lower frequency than off the edge due to the increased double team blocks?

Who would be better to play inside and who would be better to play off of the edge between Groot and Tank (if I were to run one inside)?

If I am only going to use two of them, both off the edges, is it worth it to spend the coins on Tank over Groot? Or just buy Maniac/Groot and get one of them with the BND next week? 

I also do use Milk Man right now, would Groot/Tank be worth the upgrade over him? I'm probably getting Maniac anyway.

Sorry for the long ass post, just looking for some opinions/people's personal experiences if possible.

when I had all three, i ran milk man as a DT, maniac and tank on the edges. with free el toro, milk man usually beats most guards with ease.

I also spread the line to kinda make sure he gets a one on one matchup.

I had Tank at RE, Maniac at LE and Milk Man at DT and Milk Man didn’t do a damn thing. Secure Protector/Post Up made him completely invisible in the interior

I was using three for a while, but I didn't find Milkman to be nearly as effective inside, so I switched back to just edges with two 0 AP Inside Stuffs on the inside. Milkman and Groot actually seem to get way more pressure on their own than Milkman, Maniac, and Tank did together.
