so question i maxed out my season pass already and still have unused cp so what do i do with it or what happens to it ? does it become xp or just wasting grind time??

I think you definitely meant *share there!

For the OP, any CP that you have left over at the end of a cycle that hasn't been redeemed for anything simply expires. Everyone starts from zero at the start of a new cycle.
