Upgraded to ps5 but already preoderd on ps4

Did you preorder the deluxe edition? If so you should also own the ps5 version as long as you use the same account that preordered.

It may be the same if you ordered the standard but I'm unsure

On xbox they don’t charge the preorder until 4 days before the game comes out see if you can cancel it
