Upgrading McCarthy and Turner

I have a 35/50 Vikings TT, I notice how though almost every Vikings chem player has +1 overall boost, McCarthy and Turner do not. Does anyone know what TT level you need to get them to blue 99?

I'm not sure, but you want to hit either 25/50 or probably 50/50 for the +1 or +2 SPD boosts.  Beyond that, nothing else really matters.  Stats barely matter and the OVR rating definitely does not matter one bit.  The cards will all play the same, regardless of that OVR rating across both cards and teams.

Abilities are everything.  Don't stress too terribly much over the 99s, it's honestly meaningless.
