Using Heros to upgrade Genki Force cards

Is it just the new 96s that can be upgraded in the first step with 93s or can we go back and insert them into the old 96s?

It sounded like it would apply to all of them but we won't know for sure until after Part 2 goes live and we can check the upgrade path for old players.

It works. I was able to put the 93 bnd from field pass into Havenstein.

I just did it as well.  It still doesn't say Hero on the card, but the 93's work for the upgrade.

They fuck up a whole lot, but thank God they let BND players go into these player upgrades.

Similar question here: The new write-up for release two indicates you have to use a 96 Champion to upgrade that 3rd level? Anyone know of that's true yet? I had planned to use a 93 Hero for level 1, then the two High Elevation Passes for levels 2 and 3?

Wouldnt let me use the elevation pass on the RT for the third level. So the write up is correct.

I'm only using the RT so now I have more useless junk in my binder with these passes
