Many theme teams.  If he gets the +1, he will be a free top end speed receiver in the game on a theme team.  Seems like the obvious choice vs. yet another CB with mid 80s speed……

Still better than another mid 80s speed CB.  Watson, Terrelll, Horn, Durant, Ramsey - already so many free CBs that are pretty much the same as this free card.  Just think it’s a waste to uograde Another CB.  At least Cooks is a bit faster than Hopkins or any of the Headliners WRs we could have gotten for free.
