Has anyone else realized how overpowered this chem is? You can assemble the 6 now and the chemistries get applied to your WHOLE team. That's 6 roster spots for +6 TAK, +3 IBL, +3 BSH, +3 PUR, +3 MCV, +3 ZCV, +3 ACC and +3 SPD.
I'm a Bills TTer and chose Gilliam in haste. I pray EA lets us swap somehow. I'm sick. Please someone tell me I'm wrong and this is not egregiously overpowered.
You only get the tier 6 boosts to the whole team
1-5 is only applied the crew mates

T1-5 is only mission. T6 is everyone on the team.
You are correct. However when you cap at the 6th tier by rostering NTL it notes the boost is to ALL players on the team. But it is only the 6th Tier boost so for WW(GREEN): +1 ACC and +1 TAK ; GG(RED): +1 AGI and +1 COD SS(BLUE): +1 AWR and +1 SRR.
The only real usable players for elite teams become the Captain and Night Train. Others are still likely benchwarmers at best.

Tiers 1-5 are just for the crew and T6 is for the whole team.

T 6 is like + 1 to 2 categories in exchange for rostering 5 players that would take the place of actual good players other wise
