I was wondering if this upcoming weekend was gonna count for this months rewards, or if we will receive rewards before then because I'm 4 wins from star and was looking forward to the UL fantasy pack...

Yes; they take the total amount of wins you get for a months worth of weekend league, and reward you based on that.
